When I turned 60 I resolved to live my last good 20 years as if they were the first twenty, but knowing more than I did then. This podcast is my journal of that journey.

PROGRESS REPORT
That this depression, this dark cloud that overcomes me the moment I wake up isn’t there, or at least when it comes, I notice it and am able in some way to push it away. Am I better? Am I just going from one phase to another, then will return to the dark phase again? is it because I am losing weight and generally walking / exercising more? I will have to think about this.

Weight: I binged a week ago and have been too frightened to step on the scales since them. Then I binged again the day before yesterday.

Social: Met up with some good friends this week. It was elevating.

Habits: Listening to “10 Pillars of Success“ – it’s pretty good, an Audible (UK) original, by an athletic coach. I’m getting better at tracking my habits and learning that I can’t do it all at once.

Gratitude: I am grateful for my friends who stopped by or met me for a drink. Dudes, that was really nice.
