3 Sets x Leg Extensions
6 Sets x Leg Press
3 Sets x Seated Calf Raise
There will also be a Day for Squatting and a Day for Hack Squats, this is Day 1 of 3 for the week.
Progression Model for 4 weeks is incremental Weight Increase
Total 15 Working Sets for this Training Bout.
45 Sets for Legs per Week
for 4 weeks, then Deload.
This might not seem like a lot of Volume.. many will think, is that it ?
Its 3 x a week !
Things to take note of in the Video for beginners?
1, Tempo of Calf Training... most guys get this wrong, they bounce up and down without a pause at the top and bottom and as a result all they are doing is "loading" the Achilles Tendon, which does not result in a Hypertrophic Stimulus of the Calf Muscles.

2, Foot placement on the Leg Press..
When working our Quads feet are at the lowest possible position on the plate.. and you MUST keep your heels flat on the plate. They DO NOT raise up.. flat on the plate all the way down
Yes agreed.. lift your heels or raise the foot placement then you will have a greater range of motion.. however, you're taking the loading away from the Quads and onto the Glutes...
Forget about what you " look like"guys saying your range of motion is too short . Remember why you are here, to maximally load the Quads yes agreed at the greatest range of motion you can manage without deloading the quads..
I do Hip Thrusts, Romanian Deadlift and even Squat for Glutes.. the Leg Press is for Quads...
