"KANGJOR (กางจอ) is a student film festival postponed due to Covid-19. During that time, many film students cancel their productions. Including my thesis film. One year later, I gathered all of my main crew on Zoom to see how they are doing."

Conceived with an idea of a retrospective reflection of the education system, [BOOKMARK MAGAZINE] ISSUE 11 “THE CLASSROOM IS BURNING” gives an immersive, contemplative glimpse into the inner workings of the minds of stakeholders in education: learners, teachers, and practitioners. You will be taken on a journey of figuring out the answer as to how they define their own classrooms when the word “learning” is no longer limited to the scope of the educational institution, but rather is something that can be done throughout their life.

This edition kicks off with UNDONE (2022), a nine-minute-long short documentary directed by former communication arts student and now filmmaker Montika “Earn” Kham-on about the making of the so-called “The Last Fortress" before graduation.

[BOOKMARK MAGAZINE] ฉบับที่ 11 "THE CLASSROOM IS BURNING" ตั้งต้นด้วยการทบทวบกลับไปที่ระบบการศึกษา เมื่อคำว่า ‘การเรียนรู้’ ไม่ถูกจำกัดอยู่ในขอบเขตของสถาบันการศึกษาอีกต่อไป ทั้งยังเป็นสิ่งที่สามารถทำได้ตลอดชีวิต ผู้เรียน ผู้สอน และนักปฏิบัติการที่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับการศึกษา กระบวนการหาคำตอบว่าพวกเขานิยามคำว่า ห้องเรียน ของตัวเองอย่างไร

เรื่องราวในฉบับนี้เริ่มต้นด้วย UNDONE (2565) ภาพยนตร์สารคดีขนาดสั้นว่าด้วยเรื่องเส้นทางการทำส่ิงที่เรียกว่า 'ปราการด่านสุดท้าย' ก่อนจบการศึกษา ความยาว 9 นาที กำกับโดยเอิร์น—มนธิการ์ คำออน อดีตนักศึกษาคณะนิเทศศาสตร์และปัจจุบันใช้ชีวิตในฐานะนักสร้างภาพยนตร์
