Course Description:
We're living through a very traumatic time leaving many of us in a state of traumatic turmoil. Science, psychology, and religion all agree that living this kind of perpetual stress is unsustainable. Thankfully, there are proven ways to integrate these experiences into our lives so we can find healing in the midst of ongoing adversity.

This class is for anyone living in these times who feel their mental and/or spiritual health is suffering. This is also for those of us who have experienced a personal trauma in our lives and would like to develop the tools necessary to find equilibrium and activate deep healing.

This Membership course has 7 workshops and tons of supplemental meditations, lectures, and resources to help you access and heal from trauma, stress, anxiety, and grief. Theses classes are based on years of trauma scholarship and coaching, as well as Hillary's own personal research and practice. This course will include: psychological knowledge, indigenous and yogic wisdom, and spiritual tools that will let you find a new path for your life in the midst of trauma.
