This is a breathing sequence, taken from The Center Method for Diastasis Recti Recovery. I teach it to all of my postnatal clients as it is a wonderful restorative breathing technique to coordinate pelvic floor and abdominal engagement in readiness for movement and load. If you are a postnatal client or working with me 1:1 on the diastasis recti restoration programme we will have worked on this breathing technique. You are welcome to use this video as refresher whenever you need it.
