I am building a device to grow mushrooms, using the simplest possible technology. This project has been on and off in development in many different ways since 2015.

At this point, I have a decent understanding of what works and what doesn’t, as I’ve tried just about everything and the mushrooms are actually growing quite good. But there is one thing I just can’t seem to get my head around.

You can go nuts thinking of all the parameters that need to be perfect for mushrooms to grow. But in the end, it only really needs:
