Our environment is composed of a 10 meters curved screen display in front of our tailer made table, which can receive 10 VIP guests simultaneously. On top of the table, each seat has a lighting pad that will highlight the menu and some courses during the dinner experience.
We invite you this evening to travel at the borders of the universe, seeking for planets with unique life form so different from earth but at the same time so closed to our planetary evolution.
A journey of more than 200 Light years, visiting two planets on our way to our final destination Gonoe a giant world with a complex ecosystem full of unknown flavours…
Our French Chef team elaborates on all of our dishes. During months of experimentation, the traditional cooking technique merges with a molecular and modern approach. Each of the courses responds to the latest astrobiology researches to be accurate with what can be lives form out of space.
The ingredients using for the confection of these dishes are organic, and some of them are wild ingredients.
