First, Gaya Herrington, author of the recent "Update to Limits to Growth," presents her findings from updated modeling. Then, Russian climatologist and IPCC contributor Oleg Anisimov examines evidence of Arctic destabilization. Then, Karim Ahmed discusses accelerating adaptation imperatives, especially in island nations and other at-risk communities.
The Global Electronics Council CEO, Nancy Gillis, will moderate the session and discuss GEC's new sustainable purchasing campaign to help manage the natural resources in ways that reduce pressure on Eath's regenerative capacity.
