The Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu (think: acupuncture without needles) is a quiet, yet powerful therapeutic modality which provides many self help "flows" we can each do on and for ourselves. You always want to be entirely comfortable when giving or receiving Jin Shin Jyutsu. And you need not apply pressure, but rather touch the specific areas to complete the flow pattern.
