This is a trailer for Stellar Corpse by Kat Dalton, Sonja Petermann, and Natalie Rainer. These artists are working with dance, light, and technology to produce a short film that combines choreography and cinematography.
The concept for this film is based on the astronomical analysis of binary stars, a system consisting of a star orbiting a black hole. The gravitational bond between a star and a black hole is the cosmic analogy of dependency. This relationship conveys an intertwined timespan relative to the world that surrounds us.
