Raven Ridge Wildlife Center is a wildlife rehabilitation center in Washington Boro, PA.
We offer rehabilitation services for
RAPTORS (Birds of Prey) MAMMALS and WATERFOWL.
We are NOT able to admit/permitted for
SONGBIRDS, REPTILES, DEER, BEAR or PIGEONS.
Please go to PAWR.com for rehabilators that are permited to so.
NO DROP-OFFS PLEASE, INTAKES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
We also provide a variety of wildlife education programs. Our facilities are not
open to the public We are open 8am-6pm every day of the year.
Raven Ridge Wildlife Center was founded in 2015 by Tracie Young,
who currently still serves as our director and rehabilitator. Tracie holds permits
from the PA Game Commission, PA Fish and Boat Commission, and US Fish
and Wildlife Service that allows us to provide wildlife rehabilitation
services and wildlife education programs.
RRWC currently rehabilitates nearly 2000 animals every year. We also provide
a home to several non-releasable animals. All of our services are funded
by the community. We receive no local, state, or federal funding and
are an all-volunteer organization.
