BW Integrated Systems had a customer in the cultured dairy industry with a need to sleeve cups of yogurt. After reviewing their requirements, the solution we chose was our T1800 WrapStar Multiwrap Sleever. Our solution featured robust construction and multi-axis servo technology, a starwheel metering system – accurately controlling product feeding, along with our legendary rotary placer, and precision sleeve squaring and gluing system ensures excellent product presentation.
This system has the ability to run top, side, or bottom seal sleeves, run from 1 to 16 count packs, one or two layers, and up to 250 sleeves per minute.
