This is the fourth part of a segmented 13% run in Super Metroid.

For a description of the project, see: pastebin.com/x7e1wpiY

A brief description of this part is that this is escaping Lower Norfair, and then setting up for G-Mode entry into Maridia (saving in Red Tower with G-Mode health).

Some detailed comments on this part (in order, with comments both on the quality of the run and on 13% strats in general):

At the beginning is a quick Kihunter manipulation to get up. It's not that precise.

I do some Fireflea farming at the start, since I took that Dessgeega hit. This is so I could take a Three Musketeer hit (even though this is segmented, so I won't). Note you should also set Reserves to Manual, so you can take more hits.

Three Musketeer dodging is more an art form than an actual strategy, the way I do it. It's a lot of feeling out where they are.

Got the cool Multiviola boost.

Reverse Cathedral feels like the best way back. The other option is Crocomire Escape.

Throughout Reverse Cathedral, I take some damage. This is because I need to get down to G-Mode health anyway, and nothing is that dangerous anymore.

To get up Red Tower, I do some diagonal bomb jumping. This isn't that bad, after some practice. Jump from wall just below that one bush; do a standard double diagonal bomb jump, which will push you into wall; lay bombs for next diagonal bomb jump. It feels fine.

I setup for the broken graphics version of G-Mode. So I clear out the Sidehoppers in Beta Power Bombs, and use them to damage down. This is definitely not recommended, since now I will have to do Jesuswalk stuff with broken graphics. I just so much prefer the broken graphics version to the caterpillar version that I decided learning Jesuswalk with broken graphics was better.

Note I could have setup the G-Mode from Hellway, using a Zeb. This might have been faster? So I didn't need as many screen transitions, with clearing out the Beta Power Bombs room? But I decided to just stick with the strategy I am more familiar with.

Note the run is now up to the more difficult tricks. Everything up to this point was more "standard" (except maybe G-Mode into Lower Norfair, but even that is fairly common). Things after this point will become more esoteric.
