A science team led by co-principal investigators Brennan Phillips of University of Rhode Island and Kakani Katija of MBARI brought new imaging and sampling technology to test in the ocean's midwater off the coast of California. This overview video was produced in August 2021, aboard Schmidt Ocean Institute’s research vessel Falkor.
