Il rilevatore di livello RTS15 è un efficace sistema di determinazione della quota di lavorazione da raggiungere. Questo dispositivo consente infatti la programmazione della quantità reale di materiale da asportare e quindi la certezza di terminare il lavoro alla quota desiderata, senza preoccuparci dell'usura dell'abrasivo. Interfacciato con i nostri dispositivi di comando può gestire le fasi di sgrossatura, finitura, spegnifiamma e risalita della mola sui modelli MX150, KS250, KX250, FX20 e FX40 di nostra produzione. E' disponibile nelle versioni ad asse verticale manuale, a 2 assi trasversali controllati da volantino elettronico ed infine con visualizzatore digitale. Inoltre è disponibile nella versione universale acquistabile separatamente e adattabile su qualsiasi macchina affilatrice/rettificatrice rettilinea in commercio.

The level detector RTS15 is a precision system for determining the amount of machining needed in order to reach a predetermined work-piece thickness. This device allows the programming of the actual amount of material to be removed and then the certainty of reaching the desired work-piece thickness, without having to take account of wear of the abrasive. Interfaced with the grinding machine electronic control (PLC), it can be used during roughing, finishing, and spark-out working cycles and is available as an option on the MVM MX150, KS250, KX250, FX20 and FX40 grinding machines. It is available with manual vertical axis, or 2-axis cross-checked by electronic hand-wheel with digital display option. It is also possible to retrofit the RTS 15 to other grinding machines.
