By definition a ramble is; a] to walk aimlessly or for pleasure, or b] to talk or write at length in a confused or inconsequential way. So, I'm calling these clips "Rambling with Ram Dass" because I'm unpacking stuff - that I don't fully understand - about consciousness, spirituality and philosophy. Each 'ramble' covers an idea, concept, or little gem (found on the ramble), that has resonated with me as I delve into my own consciousness to try and become a better human.
Why Ram Dass? Because he's one of my 'gurus' when it comes to learning about this stuff, and compared to my other gurus, Ram Dass is the only one that rhymes with rambling.
In this episode I talk about anger, and specifically how when someone makes you angry, it's not about them... It's about you, and how you react to the situation and the anger it causes.
