During the Pandemic, I have been trying to learn more about Espresso, I obtained a highly recommended classic Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine from Seattle Coffee Gear, the Rocket Espresso Appartmento. I have been learning about grind size, vs water ratio, and so I made a short film about my coffee experiments. I haven't learned the craft of latte art as yet but will keep trying.
