The team at 11 Percent Studios worked with Polestar on a series of internal education videos detailing the company's best practices for interacting with customers. The goal was to create an engaging story-line featuring a set of employees and customers who would interact through a variety of scenarios.

To help blend the virtual and the real-life, we decided to build out the characters in an illustrative style and then place them in actual photos. This helped show off the beautiful dealership spaces that Polestar has, and also give the animated characters real cars and environments to interact with. We then took this to the next level and built out several photo-real 3D environments in which we could place our characters. This gave us even more flexibility in the types of environments and scenarios we could place our 2D characters in.

Overall the project spanned character design and rigging, motion graphics, real-life footage, and 3D modeling and animation. It was an awesome project to work on and the Polestar team was thrilled with the results. To see more behind the scenes elements from this project go to JustinPoore.com
