There is comfort in the familiar, but inner growth happens in discomfort. Learning is moving from known to unknown, and unlearning from known to unknown. We learn to support our human experience, and we unlearn to expand our spiritual awareness; meaningful creative experiences can provide space for these progressions to take place.

To adapt is to learn, and to play is to learn motivated by joy. Playing is different from traditional learning because when we play we create space for the unexpected to happen; this variable allows us to embody new concepts and expand our perceptions to include more diversity in our way of thinking and feeling.

During this creative meditation and through creative playing, we'll be practicing some spiritual skills such as centering, detachment, perception shifting, impermanence, movement of Chaos and Order to find balance, divergent thinking, and alignment to the Source.

Creative meditations are invitations to practice the dance of Chaos and Order – this supports a generative emergence of new and collective intelligence leading to wise action.

Materials: circle board (at least 6 inches radius) and a variety of small objects.
