Balyey Tuch, C'21, thought she would major in Biological Basis of Behavior, but taking a political science class changed her course. Now she's majoring in political science and pursuing two minors: survery research and data anayltics and computer science. Her interests took her to Uganda with a Penn Global Seminar, where she studied how technology effects local political outcomes. Thanks to a fellowship at the Program on Opinion Research and Election Studies (PORES), she was able to contribute to original research on that same topic, working alongside Guy Grossman, Associate Professor of Political Science.
