Ryan Taylor is the Executive Director of the Network Coffee House and the pastor of St James Urban Church in Denver, CO. Network is a ministry that exists to create a place for long-term redemptive relationships with the unhoused neighbors of Denver and believes that chronic homelessness is largely a product of the way people bond or attach. Network creates a "living room" where unhoused neighbors have a place to relax, shower, use a bathroom, or have a cup of coffee. It's also where those that want to serve or befriend those unhoused can come play chess, talk about sports, or anything else that people getting to know each other talk about as they build trust with one another.

Ryan has been on a 17+ year journey moving closer and closer to the margins and standing with the vulnerable. This is a conversation of what he's learning, what it looks like to step in and commit to deeper diverse relationships, what happens as you do, and ways he can encourage us all to move closer to our neighbor.
