Northwest Christian has been involved with the City of Joy Christian School in Rwanda for several years. Recently, the Northwest Christian High School American Sign Language class was connected to another Rwandan school in the neighboring city of Gatagara that serves Rwandan deaf students. Through a series of videos, Mrs. Hillorie Schrock and her students have been engaging those students using the sign language that they are learning.
