Although our Virtual Learning situation isn't ideal, and our teachers would much rather be in the classroom with your students, we have to applaud how well our students are adapting. Here's 5th grade band student, Jensen, with one of his music assignments. Mrs. Burtch asked students to try to figure out a song that they did not have music to. As you can see, Jensen figured out how to write and play 4 measures of it by ear!
