K. Scott Barchus joined Aldrich in 1994 and founded Aldrich Wealth and Aldrich Retirement Solutions in 1998. His primary responsibilities include firm management in his role as president of both companies. Scott has a broad array of expertise in both the corporate retirement plan industry and in areas related to working with high-net-worth individuals. Scott continues to work directly with clients in both areas, as well as a member of the Wealth Advisors’ Investment Committee. He specializes in the design and administration of qualified plans, fiduciary responsibility, investment management, and financial planning. He holds a Certified Public Accountant license, as well as a Personal Financial Specialist credential. He has also completed the Series 7 and Series 65 exams.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a minor in accounting from Western Oregon University.
