Gregg Reuben is a successful professional with a career in parking management spanning over the course of 29 years. As a Harvard Business School graduate, Gregg has ensured that he applies many of the college’s core values into his career. Even prior to pursuing further studies there, he was already leading a successful career. He worked as the President of Autofair America, Inc. for five years and then moved onto ABM Industries as the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Since then, he has been holding management positions in the parking garage industry and has seen his career grow immensely in the New York City area. His most recent endeavor is his position as the Chief Executive Officer of Centerpark, a company that offers high-class affordable parking and storage solutions. Since founding this company in 2017, he has been working toward the goal of making Centerpark one of the largest owner/operators parking and logistic-oriented properties. Working side-by-side with this goal, Gregg has also created a valuable brand for customers, given employees career advancement opportunities and enhanced returns for the company’s partners and clients.
To date, Gregg and his team at Centerpark have invested $100 million in acquiring a diverse amount of parking properties that they have since turned into modern mixed-use transportation and logistics centers. Centerpark keeps itself and its employees busy with day-to-day parking management, technology and advisory services and researching real estate opportunities.
In addition to his impressive career, Gregg Reuben also keeps himself busy with charity work. By staying involved in charitable organizations, Gregg put his efforts and talents into enhancing others’ lives. He is a part of the National Parking Association and is the board of directors for Lost Tribe Esports, the nation’s largest nonprofit esports organization that brings together Generation Z gamers. This Jewish organization strives to increase teens’ participation in Jewish activities and help strengthen their identity.
