Beauregard Fiegel is a dedicated partner attorney with Kell, Quilty, & Fiegel, PLLC, in San Antonio, TX. As a certified attorney by the State Bar of Texas, Beauregard has been practicing law for nearly ten years both on his own and with other firms. He started as a solo practitioner in 2013 and took on cases in several areas of the law, such as criminal and family law. He presently handles complex family law matters with his current firm, using his past experience to understand the complexities of the Family Code.

Having attended Louisiana State University for his undergraduate degrees, Beauregard Fiegel initially planned to head into the ministry after graduation. He discovered his love and passion for the law while studying for his Bachelor of Philosophy and Bachelor of Political Science; this encouraged him to apply to St. Mary’s School of Law and pursue his Juris Doctorate.

Beauregard started the Law Office of Beauregard Fiegel in 2013 and took on many Court appointments to start building his reputation. Though he didn’t specialize in an area of law at the time, Beauregard felt drawn to family law; soon, he began practicing in this area almost exclusively. Though self-taught in handling himself as an attorney, he wasn’t afraid to reach to his seniors for advice and listen to their knowledge.

Beauregard Fiegel continued to handle family law cases after going from a solo practitioner to an attorney for the Law Office of George C. Ruiz, PLLC, but he did more than just family law cases. Beauregard also handled criminal law cases, civil litigation, and probate during his time there. Now, as a senior partner at Kell, Quilty, & Fiegel, PLLC, he is able to actively chase his love for complex family cases.

During his time as an attorney, Beauregard Fiegel has handled hundreds of family law cases dealing with the entirety of the Family Code. Using both his own self-taught skills and the lessons he learned from his peers, he has handled child support cases, custody, divorce, CPS cases, and more. He enjoys his job immensely and is always proud advocating for his clients and their children.
