Liv´s class is a mixture of dynamic floorwork that goes into standing sequences. Inspired by
release technique, encouraging effortless moving by using the weight, having easy flow in the body because the body is aligning, directing and activating in space. So its strong, centred and ready for explosive movements with ease by using the bodies own ”spring effect”.
