This keynote will be presented by Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, who is the Chancellor of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University in Dubai.

Dr. Al Awar is also the Chairman of the Governing Board of the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (IITE), and a Member of the Executive Council of the Association of Arab Universities (AARU).

Dr. Mansoor Al Awar has served as a chair for several awards related to innovation, leadership, education and excellence. He has also started, built and led several innovative enterprises, such as the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University itself, the region’s first university with smart learning approach. He also initiated Innovation Arabia, the annual scientific conference with a focus on innovation in the Arab world.
