"They expect to be able to engage with teachers and the university. And we know that engagement is a determinant of student success. And we also understand that we can and should be using technology to scale that sense of engagement where you have 50000 students. And I think that it's less a technology conversation and more an access conversation. And it's the word access that we probably use the most to drive the student to drive the expectation around the digital campus that I don't necessarily think that students expect particular specific technologies. They just expect the ability to be able to access that learning and teaching university experience at the time and in the place that suits them in the ways in which they can."
