Kevin Gonzalgo is a digital media and growth strategist with nearly two decades of experience in the entertainment and media industry. He is currently the Senior Director of Digital Video Strategy at Comcast. He was recruited to lead the go-to-market strategy, value proposition, and retention strategy for the next-generation video product.
Kevin Gonzalgo holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley, where he double-majored in Political Science and Asian American Studies. He also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Kevin is passionate about his work in the entertainment and media industry. He enjoys working in digital media and embraces the challenge of keeping cable TV relevant in the digital era. He loves to be the first adopter of new technology, and he especially loves the convergence of technology, the internet, and streaming services and devices.
As a digital media and growth strategist, Kevin Gonzalgo has a stellar track record of increasing sales of new products and services. He creates customer-centric models that integrate sales and service systems by simplifying complexity and delivering results across cross-functional organizations. As a result of his efforts, companies are able to increase customer options, improve retention, and increase overall profitability.
Before moving to Philadelphia to work at Comcast, Kevin Gonzalgo spent 18 years living in Los Angeles and working at AT&T. During his time at AT&T, Kevin advanced rapidly through increasingly complex management and executive roles. He has a strong gift for leadership and believes in inspiring and empowering team members through mentoring, training, and performance management and incentive programs.
Outside of work, Kevin is a food connoisseur and a wine enthusiast who enjoys traveling around the world, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures. He speaks three languages: English, Spanish, and Tagalog.
Kevin’s favorite places to visit so far have been New Zealand, Italy, Portugal, and Hawaii. Kevin enjoys spending time in nature during his travels, particularly at the beach, in the mountains, at lakes, or in the forest. He has enjoyed many once-in-a-lifetime experiences on his adventures and looks forward to many more in the future.
