What do you do?
I'm working as an English teacher and Chief of Agriculture Department of An Ca Group. We've conducted online and offline English training courses for adults and children around the country. We specially focus on pronunciation since we believe that pronunciation is the weakness skill that prevents Vietnamese from speaking English confidently. Also, I manage 25ha of Hama Farm, which plants organic avocado, durian, pepper, and coffee. We believe that our health will be better and our environment will be protected in the long term by growing and consuming organic food.

2. What are your responsibilities?
My responsibilities are to make sure our system is running smoothly and effectively. I'm the head of the department of training at LeaderTalks by managing the course content, developing new courses, and following our student's learning progress. I am also responsible for production at the farm. We produce micro-bio fertilizer, fermented honey, fish sauce, and coffee blender. It's a demanding job, and I work very hard from early morning until midnight. Luckily, I've got powerful teams supporting me in every project.

3. Do you like your job?
Yes, definitely! I feel fortunate that I could do everything I love to do. When I do, I do my best in every single task to create a perfect product, and I feel delighted and proud of what I am doing.
4. Why did you choose to do that type of job?
I believe it's karma. It comes from my inside. I love to do something small but beautiful so that I could contribute to a better society. I want to see my students speaking English properly so that they could have more opportunities for self-development. I want to see my friends and people living around me having a good life, both physically and mentally healthy. I want to see the flourish of being on this earth.

5. Is there some other kind of work you would rather do?
I want to have more time to write books and to take care of my son. I want to share my stories, my experiences on inner self-development, and how to be happy. That is the topic of my second book.

6. Describe the company or organization you work for?
An Ca has been established for ten years. Our head office bases in Ho Chi Minh City, but our staff works in Hanoi, HCM, and DakNong Province. We work in English education and Agriculture which import and export agricultural products and equipment. We also provide agricultural and forestry consulting services, especially organic and sustainable cultivation.

7. What do you like about your job?
I love everything my team and I do. I love it since we put great effort, hard work, and determination into every project. The most exciting part of our company is applying an automation system which could process jobs better with less labor. We are also open to welcoming new ideas, learning, and using them in our work quickly and effectively.

8. What do you dislike about your job?
I want to have more time for myself and my son. Sometimes I felt exhausted because of the heavy workload, and I asked myself why I had to be in that situation. However, my students have been improved and achieved many excellent results at school and work. I can feel their happiness in speaking English correctly and confidently. Additionally, our products are being welcomed and ordered by generous customers around the country. When I look at that, I know it's worth trying my best.
