My name is Cheeny Camille Valle from Quezon City, Philippines. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business administration. After I graduated, I started working for Telco as an Account Specialist for a local account. My job is to answer the call and attends to their inquiries and concerns, and it covers Billing issues, Adjustment, Downgrading, and Upgrading of their plans. Then I got an opportunity to work for an Automotive Dealership in the year 2014. I've been a Customer Relations Officer/Admin and, I handle lots of tasks that include Assisting customers to their respective Service Advisor with or without an appointment. I also call to remind them of their next Preventive Maintenance, Schedule an appointment, and do a follow-up call after their visit. Then, I also make our Weekly and Monthly Performance reports for the Department. The task and the job help me a lot. Especially when dealing with good and not "so" good customers, it saddens me to leave the company and my co-workers and the job because of the changing of the Management. But I have to be practical as I am a breadwinner, and I need to support my family financially back then. So I decided to move to a different Industry.
Then I became a Financial Advisor for an Insurance Company. My job is to know and understand their financial needs and provide them a solution and My main goal is to educate them on the importance of having Life Insurance because everything in this world is uncertain. In 2018, the Dealership that I worked for contacted me and offered me the position of Service Advisor, and I grabbed it. I have no Educational Background in Mechanical or any related to the work but, when I was their Customer Relations Officer, they're teaching and giving me some idea on how parts work on a vehicle. They trained me well and started to do the job, and it's been smooth because I know how the process works.
When the pandemic starts, Our company temporarily stopped its operations, and We have no idea when it will be back again. So I decided to work for 2 International E-commerce companies as Live Chat and Email support. I handled inquiries, refunds, order tracking, and replacement for both companies. The first company sells gadgets and stopped the operation last January 2021 because they will be transferring to a new business. The second company is a seasonal project, and they are selling Christmas Decors. I have also been a part-timer Cold Caller for an International Real Estate company. And with all the experience I have, I became more skilled and knowledgeable in dealing with different kinds of customers and became more dedicated and focused on helping both my clients/employer and their customers.
