This piece was filmed in 2019 by my dear friend Emma Fernell Watson. She lead me on some improvising excercised and thus post production it lead to this piece. Often as dancers, actors or people who are just creative-- we get stuck on technique, being the best, booking the job and for me in this moment. It was about feeling, connecting and being present. Regardless of thought and instinct.
