L’événement a été conçu et développé à 100% à distance. Les projets ont été réalisés sur le territoire québécois avec seulement une partie
de la préproduction au Brésil 15 jours avant le début de l’assemblage. Quatre jours ont été consacrés au montage sur le site.
Un événement social pour 450 invités. Le thème imposé par le client signalait un travail à la fois axé sur le monde de la technologie et qui maintenait quelque chose qui avait la marque de la petite cliente. Une tâche difficile, car c’était une fille de 15 ans.
La proposition de scénographie a favorisé de manière intelligente la structure architecturale du lieu qui n’avait jamais été travaillée de cette manière.
Le nom «Cyberglamour» était une blague pour mettre une touche féminine à quelque chose de technologique à l’extrême.
250 mètres carrés de LED plates, 180 mètres carrés de LED courbes ont été utilisés lors de l’événement et 45 hologrammes ont été produits avec des vidéos d’animation graphique.
Le design de l’événement a été conçu pour utiliser le moins de matériaux possible.
On a privilégié les structures locatives modulaires drapées pour rendre le projet unique.EN
The event was designed and developed 100% remotely. The projects were carried out in the territory of Quebec with only the pre-production part in Brazil 15 days before the start of the assembly. Four days were dedicated to the assembly on site.
A social event for 450 guests. The theme imposed by the client signaled work that was at the same time focused on technology and maintained something that had the mark of the small client. A difficult task, because it was a 15-year-old girl.
The scenographic proposal intelligently favored the architectural structure of the place that had never been worked in this way.
The name “Cyberglamor” was a joke to put a feminine touch on something extremely technological.
The event used 250 square meters of flat LEDs, 180 square meters of curved LEDs, and 45 holograms produced with motion graphics videos.
The design of the event was created to use as little material as possible.
We prefer modular rental structures lined with other materials to make the project unique.
