The number of initiatives brought forward in the last 2 years alone makes it difficult to get everyone moving in the same direction. Join Joe Sanfelippo, Superintendent of Fall Creek, as he discusses the process of moving your group forward with whatever initiative you choose. Joe will explore how communication strategies, construction of school-based committees, and avoiding the "Sneetches" theory, in which some people in the organization have stars and some don't, will help any organization move forward. If you are attempting to implement Common Core Standards, Response to Intervention, Positive Behavior Intervention Supports, Standards Based Grading, Project Based Learning, Blended Learning, or any of a multitude of other initiatives in schools, this session will help you navigate those waters.
