May I Be Happy reveals the enormous potential for mindfulness to positively impact young and old alike. The film showcases the benefits of mindfulness as a way out of violence and suffering, through stories ranging from schools to prison and poetic cinematography.

May I Be Happy was released in theaters in Italy and France in Oct 2019 and selected in many independent film festivals throughout the world.
