Our corporate office is located in the city of Woodland Hills, in the county of Los Angeles. Our company President / CEO and founder Emon Afshar is a seasoned real estate expert with over almost 20 years experience in the field. Company COO and Broker is Bonnie Aletaha who is an expert in delivering a thorough review of process protocols and client program options. We strive in communication and understanding of our clients main goals, and systematically work to meet them or get as close as possible.

B) We allow our clients the flexibilty to obtain their tri-merge credit reports directly and securely from our website. C) our client management software allows not only our clients, but also thier representative, realtors, or attorney's access to view the loan process in real time. D) state of the art notification technology provides file updates to our clients via email, portal access, or text. E) Once pre-qualified, realtors can access and create updated pre-approval letters directly from the portal, without havving to contact anyone at our offices. This is a very valuable and time saving tool for our client and realtors alike.
