This DSD aimed to challenge individuals who have trouble falling asleep due to multiple different reasons like insomnia, or the feeling when you are too stressed about the next days tasks.
What challenged or surprised you about this experience? (consider: public reaction, seeing something from a new perspective, learning something new, etc)
While it isn't hard for me to fall asleep, I made sure to try to do this DSD when I did have a lot of stuff to do the next day (like studying/ tidying up room) so that I could try to make the experience as realistic as possible
What is the value of your exploration? (consider: the concept of "value" is open to broad interpretation)
I think the value in any situation where you are putting yourself in someone else's shoes is just to gain new perspectives on how it could affect other areas of a person's life besides the fact that it's hard to fall asleep.
