I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology.  I am also Board certified in Neurofeedback.  I have been practicing for over 25 years in the mental health field.   I have a holistic practice which incorporates your biology with the latest biofeedback/neurofeedback technology to assist in recovery from disability symptoms.

Since being treated myself with neurofeedback to recover from a traumatic brain injury including post concussive syndrome, I have dedicated my study and career to neuropsychological work.  I use neurophysiological knowledge integrated with cutting edge, advanced, state of the art neuropsychological qEEG brain mapping and neurofeedback to achieve healing for my patients.

Neurofeedback uses electronic monitoring of brainwaves in response to neurostimuli to simultaneously adjust those brainwaves via additional signals. The result is significant improvement for our Sacramento Valley clients with many different brain-related disorders, including the following: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Sleep Disorders, Cognitive Fogginess, Post-Concussive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Whiplash Injuries, Word Recall.
