Dividing HeLa cells (courtesy of Dr. Coen Campsteijn, University of Oslo) acquired over 75 time points, each with 85 Z-slices at optimal Nyquist sampling (more than 6000 images) on sCMOS camera and then deconvolved with GPU-accelerated ClearView deconvolution with movie sequence exported from Imaris.
