Working a gate is practical application of the lateral movements we start teaching right away. Dublin the Buckskin (4yr old) has close to three months of training - with two months of that the end of 2020 and about 3 weeks now. So this is a green horse - a horse who is learning how to calmly work the gate. Darby the Buckskin needs more hours under saddle, more miles, and more experience but he is IMO doing pretty well for his age and where he is at in training. ---- ---- Remember to read, study, and ponder upon God's word each day and also pray each day to find out what God needs you to do today and then do it.
