Farmers from different European countries have made their land available for carrying out field trials on crop varieties best suited to their climate and soil.

Innovation intersects with traditional farming practices, science-based research collaborates with farmer knowledge.

Knowledge of the territory is generating a new culture of food. The sustainability of a new supply chain also foresees alternative practices in the preparation of products derived from cereals.
