Several months ago, RIAIMH began a journey of discovery regarding race and the impact that it has in society, our work, and most importantly our own lives. We are committed to creating a space where we can explore diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism so that we can become anchors within our communities who courageously identify and speak up when challenged with racial injustice. We envision learning together with people across roles, programs, organizations and perspectives within our infant/early childhood community. It is in this spirit that we invite you to apply to join the Baby LLC CARE group. We hope you will join us on this journey to deepen knowledge and self-awareness in an effort to “do better” as we serve infants, young children and families in RI.
