"CAPTCHA" is a science-fiction documentary film that speculates near future where all things would possess artificial intelligence with neural network predicting future by training data of the past repeatedly. The film was shot at a robot repair company and the funeral for obsoleted companion robot dogs in 2019 in Chiba, Japan. The interviewees tell the relationship between human, nonhuman animals and machines along with animism, buddhism and technology, meanwhile, the algorithmically generated images and the fictional narrator from the future portray that the future has already existed in the unpredictable present.
