A motion graphic to encourage commuters to practice mindful breathing at train stations.
We wanted to show them how to deal with stress and optimize the valuable time they have to themselves at train stations. To do this, we created an environmental motion graphic that guides commuters to practice the ’444’ breathing technique. This technique is to help the passengers to take a moment and relax during stressful times at the train station, such as missing your train. The motion mimics the rhythm of the technique while the visual design adds calming color and a sense of nature inside the train platform. Our goal is to subtly teach commuters how to deal with stress through calm breathing.
