Bill Moran, Publisher of the Journal Science, talking about UP & the young scientist prize in June 2017.

Brief: We were already working with SciLifeLab, a world leading Swedish national center for large-scale research and the AAAS (The American Association for the Advancement of Science) based in Washington DC, publisher of the journal Science. Both wanted greater visibility for their work with younger scientists.
Solution: We brought these prestigious organisations together to create The Science & SciLifeLab Prize for Young Scientists. The prize is now in its seventh year.
