Let’s talk about belly dancing for weight loss, shall we?
A long time ago in a land far away I was REALLY into belly dancing.
What can I say – it brought me JOY!
I loved it so much that I started a company to help other women discover the joy of belly dancing.
Then, a funny thing happened.
I also started losing weight.
A lot of weight - without even trying (like my pants were literally falling off before I even realized it).
Belly dancing worked for me because I was having FUN (Being featured on television didn’t hurt either).

The key to getting healthier is embracing something that will work – for you!
Some people love to workout in the gym – that’s fine.
Some people love to run – that’s fine.
Some people love yoga – that’s fine.
Some people get bored easily and “ping pong” back and forth between all of the above – that’s fine too!
