Produced and Directed by Jane Goddard and presented by Adam from Dorset who has a learning disability. We go on a night out with Adam which starts with a bus ride from Dorchester to Weymouth. Research by Mencap shows many adults with a learning disability hardly leave the house. Adam wants to show how a friendship club has helped him to overcome the anxiety that for years stopped him socialising at all.
