Oh God! Women simply don’t pass the test.
Women don’t paint very well. It’s a fact.
I feel happy whenever I see one of her paintings. But she is no Picasso, no Modigliani and no Gauguin.
I think the defect actually lies with male artists. Male artists often border on idiocy, while it’s important for a woman not to be that way, if possible.
Women are outstanding in science, just as good as men.
Even though the painting classes in art academies are more than 90% made up by women, it’s a fact that very few of them succeed.
What does it matter so much? If women are ambitious enough to succeed, they can do so, thank you very much.
But up until now, they have failed to prove that they want to. Normally, women sell themselves well, but not as painters.
