The project was to get a 3D model of a chemistry experiment appear on mobile screen when the a particular diagram (of that experiment itself) is scanned. Henceforth the 3D model appears when the application scans the image. The user can have a 360 degree view of the experiment. It can see the flask and the ingredients inside of it from all angles.
This variant of the application, once the paper is scanned, has original background in the start and when the video moves ahead, the application switches to black background. You can choose to have any kind of digital background, apart from the original one.
The application has been programmed on to explain the entire experiment, the different parts of it, how the experiment can be performed and what the result that are expected.
We have created the 3D model of the experiment as well as the programming was done in Unity to perform the experiment. The backend application was also created for support on Android and iOS phones.
